Order a Children’s Birthday Cake in Bucharest

Every children’s cake at TORTIYA is individually designed. We consider the child’s age, the number of guests, the type of celebration, their favourite colours, characters and interests.

You can order a cake for a boy or girl, a first birthday cake, a themed cake featuring cartoon characters, a cake for a kindergarten celebration or a modern minimalist cake personalised with the child’s name and age.

Children’s Cake Fillings

For children’s celebrations, we recommend delicate, familiar flavours that are not overly sweet. Our catalogue includes popular fillings with berries, fruit, chocolate, vanilla and caramel.

When choosing a filling, it is helpful to consider the child’s age and the guests’ preferences. Delicate creamy and berry combinations are often chosen for younger children, while older children may prefer chocolate, caramel and richer flavours.

All our fillings are alcohol-free, except for the Kyiv Cake. If your child or any of the guests has a food allergy, please let us know before placing your order.

What Size Children’s Cake Should You Order?

We recommend approximately 150–200 g of cake per guest:

  • for 8 guests — approximately 2 kg;
  • for 10 guests — 2–2.5 kg;
  • for 15 guests — approximately 3–3.5 kg;
  • for 20 guests — approximately 3.5–4 kg.

The minimum weight depends on the chosen design. A cake with simple decoration can be ordered from 1–1.3 kg. A larger cake may be required for elaborate themed designs, multiple figurines or three-dimensional decorative elements.

We will help you calculate the ideal size so there is enough cake for every guest without ordering more than you need.

How Much Does a Children’s Cake Cost?

The prices shown in the catalogue represent the base price per kilogram for the selected filling and do not include decoration.

Decoration starts from 100 lei. The final price of your children’s cake is calculated individually and depends on its weight, selected filling, design complexity and the number of decorative elements.

Cakes for Playrooms, Restaurants and Children’s Events

We work with various children’s playrooms, restaurants and event organisers in Bucharest, so we understand the requirements involved in preparing cakes for children’s celebrations.

Upon request, we can provide a quality and conformity certificate with the cake when required by a restaurant, children’s playroom or another event venue.

If you are planning a birthday celebration at a restaurant, kindergarten or playroom, we recommend checking the venue’s requirements for documents and cake delivery in advance. We will prepare the required certificate for the date of your order.

How to Order a Children’s Cake in Bucharest

We recommend placing your order at least 5–7 days in advance. This allows us to reserve your preferred date and leave enough time to prepare the personalised decorations.

To receive a price estimate, contact us on WhatsApp and provide:

  • the celebration date;
  • the number of guests;
  • the child’s name and age;
  • your preferred filling;
  • the theme or favourite characters;
  • a design reference, if you have one;
  • the venue and whether a certificate is required.

Your order is confirmed after a deposit of at least 30% of the total price has been paid.
