💰 What is the final price of the cake?
If your order is custom, the price is calculated individually — based on the filling, size, decoration complexity, and your preferences. You’ll be able to attach a reference or describe your desired design on the order page.
🎂 How can I choose the cake design?
You can browse my work on Instagram and pick something you like. If you have your own ideas or references (e.g. from Pinterest), you’ll be able to upload them when placing your order.
➕ Can I change the ingredients in the filling?
Yes! You can request to add or remove certain ingredients. Just share your preferences, and I’ll advise how that might affect the flavor and offer alternatives. Please inform me in advance if you or your guests have any allergies.
🧁 How can I place a custom order?
Simply send me a message! I create not only cakes, but also cupcakes, desserts, and candy bars for birthdays, weddings, corporate events, and more. Tell me about your event and preferences — I’ll suggest the best options for design and filling.
🕐 How far in advance should I order?
Ideally, place your order at least 5–7 days in advance. Rush orders are possible if there are free time slots available.
💰 Is a prepayment required?
Yes. Your order is only confirmed after we finalize the details and you make a prepayment of up to 50%, depending on the order’s size and complexity. Without a prepayment, your order will not be processed.
💳 What payment methods are available?
You can pay by card (Romanian or Ukrainian) or in cash — whichever is most convenient for you. We’ll confirm the method during the ordering process.
🚕 What delivery options are available?
The most popular delivery method is by taxi (paid according to the carrier’s rate). In this case, only full prepayment by card is accepted.
Self-pickup is available in Sector 3. For large or delicate cakes, I may deliver them personally.
Free delivery within Bucharest is available for orders over 700 lei.
❌ Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
You can cancel the order in any convenient way, preferably at least 3 days before the event.
A full refund of your prepayment is only possible if you cancel 7 or more days in advance. In all other cases, the prepayment is non-refundable.
📄 Do you provide a quality certificate?
Yes, I can provide a certificate confirming that my desserts are made in accordance with sanitary and safety standards.
🧊 How should I store the cake and how long will it last?
Cakes should be kept in the fridge at a temperature of +2…+6°C. The recommended shelf life is 48–72 hours.
🎁 Do you pack the cake?
Yes, every cake is securely packed in a sturdy box. Upon request, I can also add a ribbon, candle, or greeting card — just let me know in advance.
